Betriebsfeier in Köln – zwei Standorte für euer Firmenevent
Wir richten eure Betriebsfeier in Köln an zwei Standorten aus: in der Kölner Innenstadt in der Arndtstraße 2 (Linie 9, Haltestelle Mauritiussteinweg) und in Köln-Sülz in der Luxemburger Straße 271 (Linie 18, Haltestelle Sülzburgstraße). Beide Filialen sind mit Bahn und Bus gut erreichbar – ideal, wenn euer Team aus dem ganzen Kölner Stadtgebiet anreist.
Planbar ist euer Firmenevent ab 8 Personen. In der Innenstadt feiern bis zu 25 Gäste, in Köln-Sülz bis zu 35. Für die Feier habt ihr 3 Stunden Zeit, inklusive Beratung, Farben und Brennen.
Ihr wollt lieber im Büro bleiben? Nach Absprache kommen wir mit Keramik, Farben und Werkzeug zu euch – in Köln und Umgebung. Die fertigen Stücke brennen wir anschließend bei uns und ihr holt sie rund eine Woche später ab.
Terminanfragen für eure Betriebsfeier in Köln nehmen wir per E-Mail oder Telefon entgegen. Weil beliebte Termine – vor allem in der Weihnachtszeit – früh ausgebucht sind, meldet euch am besten rechtzeitig. Bis zwei Wochen vorher könnt ihr kostenlos stornieren oder die Teilnehmerzahl anpassen.

Can we book an event outside your opening hours?
Yes, events outside our regular opening hours are very welcome. Whether in the evening or even on days we are normally closed – for your corporate party in Cologne we adapt flexibly to your plans. The only requirement is an agreed minimum spend.
Can we order catering or bring our own food?
Yes, catering is generally possible. For private events outside our opening hours you can either order catering or bring small snacks yourself – please always arrange this with us in advance. Keep in mind that not every kind of food goes well with our ceramics.
During regular opening hours, sparkling wine, wine and small snacks such as cookies or cupcakes are welcome. Please remember to bring glasses and plates.
How do we pay?
Payment is made on the day of your event directly on site. Please note that we only accept cash or PayPal. If you are planning a corporate event, invoicing is also possible by prior arrangement.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
You can book your event for groups of 8 or more. The maximum depends on the location: up to 25 people in Cologne city centre, up to 35 people in Cologne-Sülz.
Until when can we cancel free of charge?
You can cancel your event free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance. Changes to the number of participants are also no problem up to that point.
How much time do we have on site?
You have a total of 3 hours on site for your event – deliberately more generous than in many other studios in Germany, so you can enjoy your corporate party in a relaxed way, without stress or time pressure.
What does the event look like on site?
When you arrive, you first pick your ceramic piece and choose a design. We have plenty of books and video tutorials for inspiration – and you are welcome to prepare a little at home beforehand.
After a short introduction from us it is time to start: relax, experiment, laugh and simply have fun.
How do we collect our finished pieces?
Your finished pieces are ready for collection about one week later. One responsible person comes by with the collection slip and photos of your ceramics, so everything can be matched correctly.
From the collection date you have one week to pick up your pieces. Collection is always possible from 4 pm.
Can the event take place at our company?
Yes, your event can also take place directly at your company in Cologne and the surrounding area. This is only possible by prior arrangement, so we can make sure enough of our team members are available.
The minimum spend is calculated slightly differently in this case, as travel and longer working hours have to be taken into account. Just send us your request – we will work out together what is possible.
Is it difficult? Do we need any experience?
Not at all – no previous experience is needed. You can start completely relaxed, even if you have never worked with ceramics before. There are many simple techniques that quickly lead to great results.

What team-building ideas do you have?
For team building at your corporate party in Cologne we have a few ideas that our groups particularly enjoy.
A lovely option: everyone paints a mug for another person in the team. This automatically sparks conversations, and you get to know your colleagues in a whole new, personal way.
Another idea is a joint office project: together you design a series of mugs or objects with one line or motif running through all the pieces. Everyone paints their own part, and in the end everything adds up to one big shared picture.
Painting tiles is also very popular. Later they can be assembled into a wall or a special area in your office – a shared piece of art that accompanies you in your everyday work.
